   I wanted my children to get into the habit of sitting down and opening The Bible. I wanted them to learn to navigate It and know that even though It was God's sacred word, they could write all over It just like they would on any other instruction manual. I wanted them to feel comfortable with It. So, I made sure we all had NIV Bibles and I tried to use the same words in the podcast that are used in that version, to help them connect. Then, even though I talk way faster than they can read, after I recorded every podcast, I underlined key phrases in their Bibles to help them be able to make the relation between what they just learned after listening to the podcast, and the words in the Bible. I broke it down for them, to show them how relatable The Bible is, even today. Afterall, that was the whole point of all of this. 

   With that in mind, we have uploaded all the transcripts to the podcast below to assist in highlighting The Bible to help kids follow along.
